Digital Professional Learning Consultant

The Digital Professional Learning Consultant coordinates and supports the Professional Learning activities of 95 Percent Groups digital offerings, collaborates cross departmentally to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of digital solutions  

Essential Responsibilities: 

Professional Learning Sessions and Capacity Building: 

• Deliver professional learning sessions for educators and administrators on the effective use of 95 Percent Group’s digital tools. 
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any challenges or concerns related to the implementation of digital learning. 
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within client organizations. 

Data Analysis and reporting: 

• Generate and deliver comprehensive reports for districts.  
• Utilize data to support districts effectively leveraging the supports to produce student outcomes. 
• Monitor usage and collaborate with district on effective implementation 

Cross Department Collaboration: 

• Work cross departmentally to ensure all aspects of the implementation are in place for customer success. 
• Actively work to ensure all collaborators are informed of the status of a district's success 
• Work to ensure that feedback is communicated to support enhancement and refinement of services. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
• At least five years of experience in teaching, coaching and/or administration.  
• Proficiency in educational technology platforms, especially the delivery of online assessments. 
• Strong understanding of data analytics in the context of education. 
• Strong interpersonal skills that build relationships of trust and confidence. 
• Excellent communication and people skills. 
• A communication style that exhibits the mission and values of 95 Percent Group and fosters effective team relationships. 
• The ability to build and foster remote team relationships. 
• Passion for literacy and improving reading achievement for students. 

Physical Requirements/Work Environment: 

• Standard office equipment/computer usage. 
• Work environment is an office setting with a low to average noise level.
