95 Percent Group Inc. may use cookies to personalize or enhance your user experience.  A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server.  Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.  Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web Server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time.  For example, if you personalize a web page, or navigate within a site, a cookie helps the site to recall your specific information on subsequent visits.  Hence, this simplifies the process of delivering relevant content and eases site navigation by providing and saving your preferences and login information as well as providing personalized functionality.

95 Percent Group takes reasonable steps to protect your personally identifiable information as you transmit your information from your computer to our Websites and to protect such information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You should keep in mind that no Internet transmission is ever 100% secure or guaranteed error-free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from the Websites may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us. Moreover, where you use passwords, user IDs, ID numbers, or other special access features on this site, it is your responsibility to safeguard them.

For any application that involves data related to school students, 95 Percent Group builds its student data applications with data security as one of its key requirements, to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Illinois School Students Record Act (ISSRA) . The applications are securely installed on our servers, and access to these online applications are protected by our technical and physical security infrastructure, personal login and password access, as well as individual and record level security settings. Access to student data is restricted by permission settings within each application, so only the appropriate teacher, reading coach or school administrator with an individual login and password can access to the appropriate student information. Each school year, login credentials are updated and access levels are confirmed to ensure proper student data security.

d. Children

e. Email Communication
Email is an important and indispensable tool for 95 Percent Group’s communication with its clients and customers.  When using any of 95 Percent Group’s online services, products, materials, training courses and other resources, users must accept email from us and an “opt-out” is not available.  Other uses of email are optional, such as receiving our newsletter and announcements of new products.  In such cases 95 Percent Group offers an “opt-out” link to remove oneself from a mailing list.  In most cases, a user’s email address is his or her user name/ID for logging in to 95 Percent Group’s systems.

4. USE OF WEB BEACONS OR GIF FILES
95 Percent Group’s Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons – sometimes also called single-pixel gifs – that allow 95 Percent Group Inc. to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services.  95 Percent Group Inc. may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

Some of these Web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications.  These Web beacons may be used by these service providers to place a persistent cookie on your computer.  This allows the service provider to recognize your computer each time you visit certain pages or emails and compile anonymous information in relation to those page views, which in turn enables us and our service providers to learn which advertisements and emails bring you to our Website and how you use the site.  95 Percent Group Inc. prohibits Web beacons from being used to collect or access your personal information.
