Leadership Team

95 Percent Group is an educational consulting company focused on reading improvement in pre-K through grade 12. Why the single focus on reading? Reading proficiency is the foundation of student achievement in all curriculum areas and academic pursuits. It’s that simple…and that important. Districts and individual schools come to us to accomplish measurable improvements in students’ reading skills. We help them make these gains through an integrated mix of professional development workshops, sustained teacher coaching, diagnostic assessments, lesson plan materials, online courses, and instructional videos.

Because we are teachers, we have first-hand, authentic insight and experience about what works best and most consistently for students and teachers alike, based on our own classroom experiences and our relationships with more than 1,000 schools and districts. This is more than theoretical—it’s practical, proven, and based in classroom reality.
