95 Percent Group Inc., founded by Susan L. Hall, EdD, is a team of highly qualified professionals dedicated to assisting districts and schools to improve reading achievement through implementation of Response to Intervention (RTI) practices. Our services include consulting and teacher training in how to use literacy screening data to inform differentiated small-group instruction to address specific skill deficits. We serve clients nationwide with projects ranging from single-day professional development workshops to multi-year implementations. With a full range of intervention products, as well as online courses, 95 Percent Group Inc. has helped hundreds of schools improve student outcomes.

Susan L. Hall, EdD, President & Founder
Susan L. Hall, EdD, Founder and President, has focused her professional efforts on reading education for the last 10 years. She is the coauthor with Louisa C. Moats, EdD, of two books, Straight Talk About Reading and Parenting a Struggling Reader, and most recently authored I've DIBEL'd, Now What? Dr. Hall was named by the U.S. Department of Education as a member of the Reading First Review Panel to review state grant proposals. She is also a Sopris West certified trainer for DIBELS and LETRS. Dr. Hall is a leading expert on the use of DIBELS and has developed proprietary analytical tools teachers use to help interpret student data. She earned her bachelor's degree at Lawrence University, her master's degree from Harvard University and her doctorate of education from National-Louis University. She currently serves on the advisory board of the Neuhaus Education Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Hall is a frequent speaker and lecturer.
